Pro I think the most truthful answer is that it wouldn't make any difference (what if the US knew). That same stuff has been done by America in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo and it would be seen as reasonable steps for gaining information from suspected terrorists. I know that's a pretty sad state of affairs, but I think it's the true one.

Pro I take your point Tom, but I still think you're being a tad defeatist in the regard that the American/British people don't know, because they/we are subconsciously conditioned from childhood the "Israel is right no matter what" way by the MSM, and traditionally there's never been an independent media channel to contradict propaganda of whatever shade.... until now with the advent of YouTube and similar free video providers on the World Wide'.
We may see our blogging efforts as futile but the honest truth is we don't really know the full extent of our influence in propagating a fuller and fairer picture of atrocities such as the current one.
And I put it to you it may be much greater than we think..... eg you never imagined your music would get an audience in the thousands heh

I saw this video now Mike, as i have seen others here on the Net.
It's the people who suffers always, what's happening it is really sad...but now they're into it like this seems to me that they will not stop so soon!
They should be stopped..well since few hours ago i saw about 5 videos about this situation and what's happening there right now, the kids suffering in hospitals, no meds, etc. etc.... so i'm a bit speachless yet.

Oh, no need to thanks, i was about to post something about it but wasn't sure what and yes this video is a treasure!!! So thanks to you I posted something related with it.
I keep thinking about this man...I hope they don't harm him or his familly as he admitts all!!!
And as i mentioned on that post i would like to post it again, that same video, i have been following the news and not sure yet when to post it again, though i guess now is the timing for it indeed, yet, as it is not finished!
Ah Mike I don't think Israel will allow the journalists there so soon, they did a real genocide there, they don't want to show off it yet...that's what i'm guessing, maybe i'm wrong.
It is a shame and so sad that on this century already they didn't learn with the past and aren't able to be friends, as well to live in Peace.
